Sky dismiss Sergiño Dest to Bayern links as "wide of the mark"

According to recent reports, Bayern Munich are not only interested in signing Ismael Saibari from PSV, but also his teammate, American right-back Sergiño Dest.

However, Sky Germany have now dismissed the speculation linking Dest with Bayern, calling the rumours “wide of the mark”.

Bayern already have Konrad Laimer, with whom they are looking to extend beyond 2027, as well as Josip Stanišić as options at right-back.

At the same time, the German champions are closing in on Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown, who can also provide cover on the right if needed.
