In addition to Theo Hernandez and Tijjani Reijnders, it has now been confirmed that AC Milan also will be without Matteo Gabbia for the big game against Napoli.

Due to the Bologna postponement, Hernandez and Reijnders’ respective suspensions were moved over to the game against Napoli. As if that wasn’t enough, according to Sky Italia, Gabbia has suffered a muscle injury in training and will be unavailable as well.

It’s a huge blow for Milan and Paulo Fonseca as Gabbia has been one of the most consistent players this season, earning a spot in the starting XI through hard work. Given his absence, it will be one of Malick Thiaw and Strahinja Pavlovic next to Fikayo Tomori.

Tammy Abraham and Luka Jovic both trained individually today and will also miss the game, but that was expected. Francesco Camarda has been called up and after the disallowed goal against Club Brugge, he could look to get one on Tuesday evening.

The game is scheduled for 20:45 CET and San Siro is expected to be sold out, though it remains to be seen if the Curva Sud will continue their protesting or not.
