Borussia Dortmund striker Serhou Guirassy is said to have release clause active to seven clubs next summer, with Chelsea one of those according to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg.
The Blues totally revamped their forward line over the summer, and made five new attacking signings, whilst they also sold four attackers.
Chelsea have got a further two attackers arriving next summer having already agreed deals for Geovany Quenda and Emmanuel Emegha.
The January window is already fast approaching and rumours are already circulating now and in regards to potential business next summer.
Chelsea have been very active in the market under the Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital ownership, and that seems unlikely to change.

The Blues have been linked with the likes of Adam Wharton and Elliot Anderson, and now Plettenberg has provided an update on Dortmund striker Guirassy.
He took to X.com and said:
“Serhou #Guirassy is one to watch for the summer, as he could leave Borussia Dortmund.
“29 y/o top striker is understood to have a release clause that should be at “only” around €50 million.
“It applies to seven top clubs: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United. #MUFC.”
The Daily Briefing mentioned Chelsea and Guirassy in an exclusive, but given the current striker situation at the club, at this stage it would appear unlikely the Blues would make a move.
Guirassy, who has previously been linked with Chelsea has scored nine goals in 17 appearances this season, and has 47 goals in 67 appearances for the club since joining from Stuttgart in 2024.
Whilst Chelsea could be in the race for Guirassy, the Blues are likely going to need to find another club for Nicolas Jackson in the summer.

Jackson joined Bayern Munich on loan on deadline day, but it’s been reported the German champions are unlikely to meet the criteria to trigger the obligation to buy.
The Senegal international will likely return to Chelsea next summer, and the Blues will be tasked with finding him another club, with there rumoured to be interest from the Premier League.
