Sorrentino: Napoli could've scored seven goals against Liverpool

Former Italy goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino believes Liverpool were fortunate to only concede four goals at Napoli last night.

Napoli won their opening Champions League group game 4-1 against the Reds.

Sorrentino said: "The Napoli seen tonight bodes well.

"For the opportunities created, the match could have ended 7-2 with (Alex) Meret who was also very good.

"It was a game without history, Napoli clearly superior to Liverpool tonight."
