Juventus loanee Koni De Winter has attracted interest from different clubs across Europe, Marco Conterio reports.
De Winter, 20, is currently playing for Empoli where he made his Serie A debut after having spent last season in Serie C with Juventus Next Gen, the second team of the Bianconeri.
He’ll return to Turin at the end of the season but it’s not certain if he’ll be staying with Juventus or not. It has been reported that with the right offer, the Belgian could be sold.
Premier League side Southampton and Ligue 1 side Reims are the two teams that, as of right now, are the most interested in him as they have both sent scouts to Empoli in order to watch him play over the last few weeks.
De Winter made his debut with Juventus last season when he played two games in Champions League against Chelsea and Malmö.
This season, he has played 12 league games with Empoli with coach Paolo Zanetti alternating him and Albanian defender Ardian Ismajli alongside skipper Sebastiano Luperto.
