Southampton have urged supporters to download their digital tickets before hosting Stoke City in their first home game of the 2026/27 season. The match at St Mary’s is on Saturday, 22 August, kick-off three pm, with Saints seeking their first points of the campaign.
According to Daily Echo, around 3,000 supporters are yet to download their tickets, and tickets are no longer available through the Saints Tickets app.
Fans must now use the official Southampton FC app, logging into their MySaints account and confirming their ticket is visible before travelling. Those who do not know their MySaints password can request a reset on the club website, and the Ticket Office can assist.
Screenshots or screen recordings will not scan at the turnstiles, which could lead to delays. QR codes are activated around 24 hours before kick-off. Once viewed in advance, a ticket will still work without an internet connection at the stadium.
Supporters can transfer tickets to another fan in the app via the Send Ticket option, although transfers expire after 48 hours if not accepted.
Fans with physical season tickets or paper match tickets do not need to use the app.
Saints are asking supporters not to leave this until Saturday, warning that arriving without tickets ready could cause significant delays.
