Southampton submit 2026/27 EFL squad list with Aaron Ramsdale included | OneFootball

Southampton have submitted their official 2026/27 EFL squad, with Aaron Ramsdale named among 24 senior players and eligible for Championship football.

As reported by Daily Echo, Championship clubs may register up to 25 senior players, with most under-21s exempt, although eight must be home-grown. The EFL classes a player as under-21 this season if born on or after 1 January 2005, and all loanees must be listed.

The squad lists are locked until at least 1 January, though clubs can still sign and register free agents before then even when the window is shut.
