João Souza, FC Porto’s summer addition, is still awaiting his first-team debut, but a training clip has already caught the eye.

Posted on the club’s social channels, the video shows him sweeping a measured left-footed strike into the top corner.

Souza is a 20-year-old left-back.

He joined Porto on loan from Tottenham in this window.

The defender made only four first-team appearances for the English club last season, having arrived there after impressing at Santos.
