Caykur Rizespor and Beşiktaş drew 2-2 at Çaykur Didi Stadyumu as the visitors stayed fourth, recovering from two down before a late home winner was overturned by VAR.

In the 18th minute, Ali Sowe swept into the top left from Modibo Sagnan's pass to open the scoring. Sowe then glanced in Adedire Mebude's cross on the break (31.).

After the restart, Kara Kartal's changes flipped the game. Jota Silva lashed in from Orkun Kökçü's pass (55.), before Vaclav Cerny cut in and rifled an equaliser from distance after Junior Olaïtan's surge (62.).

Ersin Destanoglu preserved parity with a firm save from Muhamed Buljubašić in the closing stages. Then, in the second minute of second half stoppage time, Halil Dervisoglu's close-range finish was ruled out by VAR for offside.

Kara Kartal registered nine shots on target from 23 attempts. Caykur Rizespor matched the attempts tally and produced five efforts on target.

Caykur Rizespor remain eighth in the Süper Lig. Kara Kartal maintain their Conference League qualification berth.
