Spain U21 coach Luis de la Fuente was happy after their 3-0 victory over Norway.

De la Fuente was asked about Barcelona midfielder Alejandro Balde and Manchester City fullback Sergio Gomez.

On Balde, he said: “Balde is a very young boy who has a fantastic room for improvement. He still has a lot to do and improve. Where can he get to? Where they want to if they are good professionals, they train hard, they understand that sometimes they can play more or less."

On Gomez, he also stated: “He started with us very young and did not yet have weight in his clubs, but we have always trusted him. When he has been given the opportunity, security and confidence, he explodes and shows all the footballing potential that he has."
