According to Glorioso 1904, Juventus have put Benfica goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin back on their radar, and Spalletti will not have Zion Suzuki in his squad.

The Turin club are seeking an option in goal after the exit of Michele Di Gregorio, and with the Suzuki avenue fading they have revisited other targets.

Juventus sounded out Benfica earlier this summer but stepped back when the Portuguese side asked for around 30 million euros. Since then, Trubin has lost his starting place to Samuel Soares.

The 25-year-old Ukraine international joined from Shakhtar Donetsk for 10 million euros. He is under contract until 2028 and has a 100 million euros release clause.

Even so, the approaching end of his deal and his current situation could see Benfica lower their demands. In 2025/26 he played 50 competitive matches, totalling 4,455 minutes, conceding 43 goals and scoring one.
