On Sunday night in Jeddah, FC Barcelona overcame Real Madrid (3-2) after a thrilling Clásico in the Spanish Super Cup final. From the opening minutes, Barça asserted their dominance, monopolizing possession and leaving a quickly overwhelmed Real Madrid chasing shadows. The ever-present Raphinha rightfully broke the deadlock in the 36th minute with a clinical low strike. The end of the first half was pure madness: Vinícius leveled the score with a stunning solo effort, only for Lewandowski to restore Barça's lead, before Gonzalo García made it 2-2 just before the break. A truly improbable 2-2, capturing the intensity of a Clásico already set alight.

After the interval, Barcelona resumed their charge. Real Madrid struggled to get a foothold and awaited the introduction of Kylian Mbappé, who drew huge cheers during his warm-up. But it was once again Raphinha who decided the match in the 73rd minute, his shot deflecting off Asencio to deceive Courtois. Down to ten men after De Jong's late sending off, Barça held on. Final score: 3-2.
