Will Ferry struck in the 51st minute with a left-footed finish from the centre of the box, setting Dundee Utd on their way to a 2-0 win over Celtic.
The Arabs' midfielder timed his run perfectly to arrive between defenders and guide the opener (51.). The movement came after the restart, with Dundee's shape giving him room to attack the inside-left channel.
Soon after, Ferry's whipped cross created a blocked chance for Max Watters (66.), and moments later Emmanuel Agyei added a second (66.) as the Bhoys struggled to reset.
Ferry kept stretching the visitors. His measured delivery picked out Vicko Sevelj for a header that was saved (70.). He then forced another stop from range (81.), before another teasing cross saw Iurie Iovu glance just over (82.) against the Hoops.
He finished with three shots on target, six chances created and four accurate crosses, a data line that underlined how his service and positioning pulled Celtic's back line around the danger zones.
United visit Rangers next. The Bhoys travel to Dundee.
