The statistics behind Barcelona star Marc Casadó’s full debut on the international front have this evening come to the fore online.

And they highlight a hugely impressive display on the part of the 21-year-old.

Midfielder Casadó marked his return to action a short time ago.

After being afforded his first-ever senior appearance for Spain in the country’s victory over Denmark late last week, the youngster was on this occasion thrown in from the off by Luis de la Fuente, in a Nations League meeting with Denmark.

And Casadó, quickly making a name for himself as a star in the making in Barcelona, went on to carry his superb form at club level onto the international front.

From his berth at the base of La Roja’s engine room, the midfielder shone on both sides of the ball, seeing out the game’s entirety en route to an eventual 3-2 triumph.
