Stéphane Moulin appointed Concarneau head coach for next season in Ligue 3

Stéphane Moulin has been appointed US Concarneau head coach for next season in the new Ligue 3.

L'Équipe reports that the Breton club has confirmed his arrival.

The 58-year-old left Valenciennes of his own accord in February and now returns to the dugout.

Concarneau finished ninth last season, while the length of his contract has not been disclosed.

A decade at Angers from 2011 to 2021 saw him take SCO into Ligue 1 and secure survival over several campaigns.

He replaces Stéphane Rossi, who was handed a new deal on 6 May, and the club has not explained the switch.
