Stephen Eustáquio in Canada’s World Cup 2026 squad | OneFootball

Stephen Eustáquio has been named in Canada’s squad for the 2026 World Cup. Head coach Jesse Marsch also selected Alphonso Davies and Jonathan David.

According to O Jogo, the 29-year-old is on loan from FC Porto to Los Angeles FC and has one goal and one assist for the MLS club.

Canada are co-hosts, have qualified automatically, and will compete in Group B with Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Qatar.

Before the tournament, Marsch’s side face Uzbekistan on Tuesday 2 June at 02:00, then the Republic of Ireland on Saturday 6 June at 00:30 in warm-up matches.

Goalkeepers selected are Maxime Crépeau, Dayne St. Clair and Owen Goodman. Defenders include Derek Cornelius, Richie Laryea, Joel Waterman, Luc de Fougerolles, Moïse Bombito, Alistair Johnston and Alfie Jones.

Midfielders named are Ismael Koné, Tajon Buchanan, Mathieu Choinière, Ali Ahmed, Nathan Saliba, Liam Millar, Marcelo Flores, Jacob Shaffelburg and Jonathan Osorio. The forwards are Cyle Larin, Promise David and Tani Oluwaseyi.
