Emanuel Emegha had been declared absent earlier this week, however, he may play a part in RC Strasbourg Alsace’s final game of the Ligue 1 season, against Le Havre AC on Saturday night.
The Dutchman, so instrumental in Strasbourg’s success this season, missed the club’s last game, a surprise defeat at the hands of SCO Angers. He is suffering from a series of small niggles (shoulder, calf, knee) and it was expected that he would not feature again before the end of the campaign.
However, Emegha could play a part, even if Liam Rosenior said that the chances of starting him against Le Havre are small. Sékou Mara is expected to start in his place for Strasbourg. There are no fresh absences for Les Alsaciens heading into the decider.
