Strasbourg have formulated an offer worth at least €10m for Dutch youth international Emanuel Emegha of Sturm Graz, according to a report from L’Équipe this afternoon.
The Alsatians, who were recently acquired by Chelsea owners BlueCo, are in the market to reinforce their attacking options, with their top scorer last season in Habib Diallo now likely to leave amid interest from the Premier League.
Emegha, who scored ten goals in all competitions in his first campaign with the Austrian club last season, notably scored a double against France’s U20 side back in March.
Aside from Emegha’s potential arrival, Strasbourg have completed the signing of another forward in the Ivorian Patrick Ouotro. The 17-year-old will join from Lys Sassandra next January, having scored nine goals in the local league last season and picking up the young player of the year award. Ouotro is already a senior Ivorian international, scoring once in four caps so far.
