Sunderland, Leeds United and Fulham are being linked with Parma centre-back Mariano Troilo, with a £17m Fulham proposal reportedly rebuffed, according to ParmaLive.
Parma are said to want more than that figure before entering serious talks over a sale. The 23-year-old joined from Belgrano last summer for about £6.8m, and 2025-26 was his first season outside South America.
After a slow start in Serie A, he grew into the campaign and started 17 league matches. Fulham’s interest is said to have first surfaced after his standout display in Parma’s 1-0 win at AC Milan at San Siro.
Leeds and Sunderland are now also in the frame, though the report says no fresh offers have arrived. Parma are in no rush to sell, with Troilo viewed as important to Carlos Cuesta’s project.
Even so, the report adds that talks could begin if any of the three clubs meet that condition. There is a belief his value could rise next season, which may tempt suitors to act now, and Parma have a track record of selling at the right price.
