Ghisolfi wants Angelino at Sunderland

According to what has been reported by Gazzetta.it, via TMW, Ghisolfi wants to sign Angelino for his new club and there is a real possibility that an offer will arrive at Roma.

The Spanish full-back was linked with Al-Hilal earlier in the month but now Simone Inzaghi’s side look set to complete a deal to sign French left-back Theo Hernandez from Milan.

Roma’s stance on sale of Angelino to Sunderland

Roma’s stance on the sale is clear. The club are looking to make a sale before the end of June, in order to fit in-line with financial rules. If a strong enough offer arrives for the former Leipzig player, they are prepared to accept it – despite an impressive run of form at the end of the 2024-25 season.
