Sutalo lands for Lazio medical amid potential €10.5m Ajax deal | OneFootball

Josip Sutalo has landed at Fiumicino this afternoon for his Lazio medical, as a loan switch from Ajax edges nearer. He was greeted by fans and media.

Sky Sport Italia reports the deal is a one-season loan for €3m, with an option to buy for €7.5m in June 2027.

The clubs reached an agreement several days ago, and the Croatia international has settled personal terms.

Medical checks are likely to be completed tomorrow, with formalities required for Lazio and the Italian authorities.

Sutalo turned 26 in February and has 27 senior caps for Croatia. He joined Ajax from Dinamo Zagreb in 2023 for €20.5m. He made 31 competitive appearances last season, though injuries caused difficulties.
