The Tribunal Arbitral do Desporto has upheld the Conselho de Disciplina da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol’s ruling. FC Porto must close for one match the Estádio do Dragão sections reserved for Grupos Organizados de Adeptos, the Super Dragões and Colectivo Ultras 95, after incidents at Alvalade.

According to O Jogo, on 30 August 2025 at Alvalade, two protective glass panels were broken during celebrations after Porto’s first goal, with shards falling into the lower tier and injuring 17 Sporting supporters who required medical attention.

The sanction would apply to the next home fixture against Santa Clara, the club’s final match of the season, leaving those sections empty.

The club, led by André Villas-Boas, was also fined 3,825 euros.

Porto will appeal to the Tribunal Central Administrativo Sul, which is expected to suspend the punishment.
