Eddie Howe's side take on the LaLiga outfit in their penultimate pre-season friendly, with South Korean youngster Seung-soo and England goalkeeper Ramsdale handed starts in front of the Magpies faithful.
It will be Seung-soo's first start for United and Ramsdale's debut, with Howe opting to name a strong side featuring captain Bruno Guimarães and defenders Fabian Schär and Lewis Hall for the visit of Manolo González's men, with a clash with Atlético Madrid to follow on Tyneside tomorrow.
Ramsdale's Magpies bow sees him line up behind a backline of Emil Krafth, Schär, Dan Burn and Matt Targett, with Hall, Guimarães and Lewis Miley in the middle of the park.
Jacob Murphy and Seung-soo start in the wide positions and will look to support frontman Will Osula, who will lead Newcastle's attack.
Howe has named a youthful bench, with Garang Kuol and Alex Murphy the more experienced of the outfield options.
Cathal Heffernan, Scott Bailey and Dylan Charlton are also named, along with Leo Shahar, Alfie Harrison, Trevan Sanusi and Sean Neave.
John Ruddy and Mark Gillespie are the substitute goalkeepers.
