Terzic gets up to speed at Ibaigane | OneFootball

Edin Terzic is immersing himself in Athletic’s world at Ibaigane during the summer break, with the squad on holiday except four World Cup players. According to as.com, on Friday president Jon Uriarte showed him the Palacio de Ibaigane, where he and his assistants greeted club staff.

Before that, he had visited Lezama and San Mamés. He has spent several days on the training ground assessing plans for the imminent season.

Terzic is taking in what Athletic means in Bilbao and across Bizkaia. He climbed the Ibaigane steps with sporting director Mikel González, whom he has known for months in Germany, and toured the building alongside Uriarte, smiling throughout.

His visit coincided with the signing of Víctor Martín as the new women’s coach, arriving from Atlético. The pair chatted amiably.

Terzic continues his familiarisation and planning for the campaign ahead.
