Two members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona have managed appearances in each and every one of the club’s fixtures across the season to date.

The pair in question? Eric García, and Marcus Rashford.

Defender Eric and attacker Rashford have of course emerged as two of the surprise figures in Hansi Flick’s squad this season.

In the case of the former, previously considered a backup, his stellar form has culminated in Eric emerging as one of the first names on the team sheet in Catalunya’s capital.

Summer signing Rashford, meanwhile, was expected to provide support for Barcelona’s star-studded frontline chiefly in a super-sub role.

An injury crisis, however, has forced the Englishman into a far more prominent berth, with Rashford having responded with thoroughly impressive numbers on the goal contribution front.

All told, the two Blaugrana stars have played their part in all 16 of the club’s fixtures, 12 in La Liga, and four in the Champions League.
