A hallmark of this summer's European Championship has been the party atmosphere before, during and after games, with the Dutch, in particular, bringing the noise and the colour.

Ahead of their last 16 clash with Romania in Munich, they have turned the Bavarian capital into a spectacular sea of orange.

Words can't quite do justice to the scenes so just take a look for yourself.

As has become a theme of the Netherlands' parties, the busts of Johan Cruyff, Marco van Basten, Ruud Gullit, Denis Bergkamp and Arjen Robben have been on display, bringing a somewhat unique and much-welcomed visual to proceedings.

It is a slight miracle that they are still intact after over two weeks!

Not to be outdone, the Romanians have also been in incredible voice ahead of their first knockout game in 24 years. It's been quite a tournament for them to date, and the fans don't seem intent on it ending anytime soon.
