Clausura 2023 Semifinals / América 2-3 Chivas- After losing the first leg by the minimum difference at the Akron Stadium, the Rebaño Sagrado went to the Azteca with the mission of winning by 2 or more goals. The match started favorably for the Rojiblancos, as Ronaldo Cisneros opened the scoring. However, the task was not easy, as Diego Valdés scored for the Águilas right at the start of the second half, but in the final minutes, Guadalajara showed their personality and came from behind with goals from Alan Mozo and Gilberto Chiquete.

Quarterfinals of the Apertura 2020 / America 1-3 Chivas- It is impossible to forget the spectacular performance of Christian Calderón as a Red-and-White player in that knockout round, as he scored 3 long-distance 'chicotazos' that sentenced the key. In the first leg, he scored 1 for Guadalajara to win 1-0, while his brace in the second leg allowed the aggregate to go to Los Tapatíos, who went on to win.

2016 Copa MX Semifinals / América 1 (4)-(5) 1 Chivas- After a 1-1 draw in regular time, thanks to goals from Michael Arroyo and Alan Pulido, the match went to a penalty shootout. In that instance, the figure of 'Toño' Rodríguez emerged, saving a penalty kick by Osmar Mares to give the Rebaño Sagrado a ticket to the Final.
