The FA Cup semi-finals are set following this weekend’s last-eight action, with Chelsea, Manchester City, Southampton and Leeds United set for Wembley.

Each deserve huge credit for reaching the final four, and now sit just one win from a final appearance in May.

Chelsea have reached the FA Cup semi-finals for the 28th time, with only two teams in the competition’s history having achieved the feat more often.

Manchester United (32) hold the record for the most semi-final appearances, while record FA Cup winners Arsenal are second (30) on the list. The Gunners missed out on the chance to reach a 31st semi-final after losing 2-1 at Southampton in the upset of the quarter-final ties.

Manchester City, who aim to add the FA Cup to their League Cup triumph last month, have reached the last four for the 21st time.

Leeds United will play in the FA Cup semi-finals for the first time in 39 years after beating West Ham on penalties.
