Can Jordan Pickford keep another clean sheet this afternoon?

OneFootball Videos

The international break is over, and with plenty of 3pm football up and down the land, Paul Robinson has put together a 14/1 Daily Acca for this afternoon.

  1. Another away defeat for Brentford
  2. Fulham to continue to impress
  3. Villa to get back to winning ways

Leg 1 Everton (90mins) @ 6/5 (15:00)

After a dismal start, Everton have lost just one of their last seven games, and while there were only two wins during that run, they have a great chance of adding a third this afternoon.

That's mainly because Brentford's results away from home have been absolutely terrible. It's played five and lost five for Thomaas Frank's men, and while they have already had to travel to Liverpool, Spurs and both Manchester clubs, they were beaten at Fulham most latterly.

Leg 2 Fulham (90mins) @ 4/7 (15:00)

On the subject of the Cottagers, Fulham are flying this season, and they managed to put back to back defeats behind them to take seven points from their last nine available.

Today they host a Wolves side that finally picked up their first victory of the campaign prior to the international break. That was a home game against Southampton though, and a trip to Craven Cottage is a different proposition.

Gary O'Neil's men haven't won away from Molineux since the middle of February, and this season they have conceded 13 away goals in five outings.

Leg 3 Aston Villa (90mins) @ 8/15 (15:00)

Unai Emery's side return from the break having gone five without a win in all competitions. It's four defeats in a row, but three of those were away from home, and the one on this ground was a Carabao Cup tie in which a second string side was fielded.

Crystal Palace are third from bottom and their unbeaten run of three came to an end last time as they went down 0-2 at home to Fulham. It's just two points from a possible 15 on their travels, and it would appear that Oliver Glasner's team haven't been able to cope with some high profile summer departures.

Leg 4 Blackburn (90mins) @ 8/13 (15:00)

Blackburn returned to form by winning 1-3 at Cardiff a fortnight ago, and back at Ewood Park against Portsmouth, I expect them to pick up another three points.

Rovers have just gone three without a win or even a goal in front of their own fans, but it's worth noting that it was five wins from five prior to that, and West Brom, Sheffield United and Stoke are tough opponents.

Pompey are second from bottom, and while they beat Preston last time, it's four losses from their last six away from Fratton Park.

Leg 5 West Brom (90mins) @ 4/5 (15:00)

The Baggies had gone eight without a victory when they travelled to Hull last time, but they came out on the right-side of a 1-2 win, and they start the weekend in the Play-off places.

Norwich head to the Hawthorns on a winless run of six, and perhaps most worrying for the Canaries is that their last three were all defeats - with their opponents being nothing special in the shape of Cardiff, Sheffield Wednesday and Bristol City.

Acca Wreckers

Middlesbrough are a short price at 4/7 to win at the Kassam this afternoon, and while Michael Carrick's side have just picked up two convincing victories, Oxford away is a tough test.

The hosts have played eight times at home since their promotion from League One, and only Swansea have managed to beat them.

In League One, Rotherham are a shade of odds-on to win at Crawley, and I certainly won't be including them in my weekend Acca at 10/11.

It's just one win in five for the Millers - three defeats - and despite their struggles, Crawley have just taken four points from their last two home outings.
