A highly-regarded member of the youth setup at La Liga giants Barcelona was spotted boarding the club’s flight to England on Wednesday.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who highlight Ebrima Tunkara as the player in question.

Ebrima has for his part long been making a name for himself as one of the standout talents on the books of Barcelona.

The Spanish youth international is capable of filling a number of roles, from attacking midfield to the left wing and a more orthodox berth in the middle of the park.

At just 15, Ebrima has already been promoted to Barcelona’s U19 outfit.

And owing to as much, he was earlier today present alongside Hansi Flick’s first-team stars headed to Tyneside.

The Blaugrana are of course primed to lock horns with Newcastle United in the Champions League on Thursday. Hours prior, though, Pol Planas’ Juvenil A side will take on the Magpies’ U19s in the UEFA Youth League.

The two Barca squads in turn boarded the same flight on Wednesday.

And spotted in attendance by Sport, as alluded to above, was the up-and-coming Ebrima Tunkara.
