FC Basel could look to bolster their attack during this winter transfer window. The Swiss club is particularly interested in M’Bala Nzola, the Angolan forward currently on loan at Pisa.

The 29-year-old is owned by Fiorentina, where he remains under contract until 2027. According to Italian expert Nicolo Schira, Nzola is now on the radar of the Basel club. After a first half of the season marked by a lack of attacking efficiency, FC Basel are hoping the left-footed striker can bring his technical qualities to the squad.

Nzola has featured in 16 Serie A matches for Pisa, netting three goals. His coach, Alberto Gilardino, no longer counts on him, which could pave the way for a transfer in the coming days.
