Cardiff City are eyeing a move for former Liverpool academy prospect Sheyi Ojo, according to the Daily Mail.
The winger has already had a stint on loan with the Bluebirds in 2020-21, where he played 41 times in the Championship.
Here we ask our FLW writers their verdict on if he will make for a good permanent addition to Steve Morison’s squad…

This is a good signing for Cardiff this summer especially on a free transfer as the winger has plenty of talent but needs a chance for a solid run of games to develop that further.
The Bluebirds will no doubt feel quite positive about this one and feel it’s rather low risk given that the 25-year-old did well during his last spell with the Welsh club.
Last time out, he was able to contribute five goals in 41 league appearances for the side and Cardiff fans will be hoping he can further build upon this next season.
As a player who knows the club, he should be able to settle in quite well and he will be keen to show his talents for the squad next season to try and develop his career further.
Billy Mulley
I think this has the potential to be a very good signing for Cardiff City as they look to cause trouble in the Championship next season.
Sheyi Ojo enjoyed a productive enough loan during the 2020/21 campaign with the Bluebirds and has shown great levels of excitement, ability and end-product in the early stages of his career.

However, consistency has been a slight issue for Ojo and something he will be hoping to personally address wherever the next destination may be.
There is an excellent player in Ojo, and whilst his Millwall stint has slowed down his progress, a permanent move to somewhere familiar could help unlock his true potential.
This has all the makings of being an excellent move for all involved, with Ojo possessing the creativity that is required to thrive in the Championship.
Josh Cole
Ojo could prove to be a decent addition to Cardiff’s squad if the Welsh outfit are able to get a deal over the line for him.
During his career to date, the winger has managed to provide a respectable total of 25 direct goal contributions in the Championship.
Whereas Ojo struggled to make a positive impact at Millwall last season due to injury, he will feel as if he has a point to prove at this level in the upcoming campaign.
By learning from Steve Morison’s guidance, there is no reason why Ojo cannot go on to become a key player for Cardiff.
