Three players of our Women’s first team players have been named in the England youth squads in the forthcoming international break.

Ella Morris and Lenna Gunning-Williams have been called-up to the Under-23s squad for their two fixtures in the U23 European competition.

This is Lenna’s second call-up to Emma Coates’ side, having received been named in the squad for the first time in the October international break where she also earned her first cap at international level, coming on as a second half substitute in the 1-0 win over Netherlands.

Ella, who joined us in the summer from Southampton, has been selected in the Young Lionesses squad for the first time in our colours, previously featuring for the Under-23s since February, 2023.

Coates’ side will travel away to Norway on Thursday 28 November (5pm UK) before welcoming Sweden to Doncaster Rovers’ Eco-Power Stadium on Monday 2 December (7pm UK).

Lauren Smith has named Araya Dennis in her 23-player squad for the Under-19s to take on their upcoming fixtures against Turkey and Italy in the UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship qualifiers.

They will travel to Poland to face Turkey in the first game of the qualifying stage on Wednesday 27 November (1pm UK), before the side take on Italy on Saturday 30 November (12pm UK).
