Manchester United have received a big injury boost ahead of the Premier League restart.

Noussair Mazraoui, Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo missed the recent international fixtures due to fitness concerns.

The issue with Mazraoui was concerning as he underwent a heart procedure.

However, Man United have confirmed the trio have returned to training.

However, Kobbie Mainoo and Harry Maguire are expected to be sidelined for a few weeks due to muscle injuries.

Mainoo will definitely be missed, as United have been woeful in midfield.

Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes have been out of form. Christian Eriksen contributed in the final third, but he cannot be trusted to do the defensive job.

The Red Devils are set to face Brentford in the Premier League on Saturday at Old Trafford.

Mazraoui’s return is a massive boost as Diogo Dalot is the only other senior full-back available.

Without the former Bayern Munich star, Erik ten Hag would have started either Victor Lindelof or Jonny Evans.

Garnacho missed Argentina’s fixtures due to a knee issue, but he is back in training.

With four goals and three assists, he has been the most productive attacker for United this season.

The clash against Brentford will be a big test for Ten Hag, who is under enormous pressure.

The results must improve, or he may lose his job before the next international break in November.
