Tiago Pinto doesn’t look back on Roma: “At Bournemouth I can plan ahead.”

Former Roma General Manager Tiago Pinto does not appear to be regretting his move to the Premier League.

Following the expiry of his contract with Roma in January 2024, the Portuguese executive moved to Bournemouth and helped them build the squad that is now in 8th place in the English top flight.

In an interview with Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Pinto reflected on the most significant change from working at Bournemouth compared to the three years of experience in the Italian capital.

“In England and mainly in Bournemouth I rediscovered the ability to plan ahead and have a clear recruitment strategy.”
