The MLS matchday was filled with some stunning goals once again. Let’s dig into some of the best.
It was merely consolation in the end as Atlanta dropped a fifth straight game at home, but Xande Silva’s strike to cut the Charlotte lead was a peach.
Stunning free-kicks have been far away from the New York Red Bulls this season, and John Tolkin’s strike against Orlando this weekend was yet another.
It’s been a season to forget for New England, but nobody will forget Carles Gil’s strike at Geodis Park anytime soon.
In almost any other week, this would have been number one on our list, but Chris Durkin’s turnaround rocket in Miami remains a potential goal of the season candidate no matter where it falls in the rankings.
OMG 😱 What a turn into a banger for Chris Durkin! @stlCITYsc opens the scoring against Inter Miami.–
Last but certainly not least, Chicho Arango’s stunning hit from his own half against Austin this weekend comes in at number one, and probably would come in at number one in every list we’ve made so far. Pick that one out!
