Torreira and Osimhen strike as Galatasaray stay top

Galatasaray beat Alanyaspor 3-1 at RAMS Park to remain top of the Süper Lig, with Lucas Torreira and Victor Osimhen decisive after the break.
Sacha Boey had an effort ruled out after a VAR review in the 23rd minute.
Ugurcan Cakir kept Aslan steady before the interval, making four saves as the visitors threatened through Mechak Elia, Gaïus Makouta and Steve Mounie.
Boey did break through in the second minute of first half stoppage time, sweeping in from Torreira's pass.
After the restart, Steve Mounie glanced in Florent Hadërgjonaj's cross to level (49.). Torreira restored Aslan's lead from the centre of the box (58.).
Osimhen settled the game late on with a composed left-footed finish (83.).
Aslan controlled long spells with 59.5% possession and 14 attempts. Alanyaspor mustered 10 attempts, testing Cakir five times.
Next, Aslan visit Beşiktaş in the Süper Lig, after a Türkiye Kupasi trip to Alanyaspor. Alanyaspor also host Aslan in the Türkiye Kupasi before facing Gençlerbirliği in the league.
