Frank joined Brentford in 2016, originally as assistant manager to Dean Smith, before taking on the Head Coach role permanently in 2018.

The 51-year-old won Premier League promotion with the Bees in 2021 and was in charge for over 300 games in all competitions.

Tottenham won the Europa League title at the end of May, but decided to sack Postecoglou after a 17th-place finish in the 2024/25 Premier League.
