Tottenham Hotspur have made contact with Paris Saint-Germain to discuss a deal to sign Randal Kolo Muani.
The France international had given priority to Juventus after spending the second half of last season on loan in Turin, but an agreement was unable to be reached.
Juventus are now closing in on the signing of RB Leipzig striker Lois Openda, on an initial loan with a €40m purchase option.
Spurs have now been alerted to Kolo Muani’s availability with talks ongoing. Thomas Frank is open to adding another forward before Monday’s 7pm deadline, though PSG’s demands could prevent a deal. According to Fabrizio Romano, the European champions want an obligation to buy as part of any loan deal.
Kolo Muani joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023 for a fee in the region of €80m but struggled to make an impact at the Parc des Princes.
The 26-year-old was loaned to Juventus in January and rediscovered his form in Serie A, netting 10 times 22 appearances across all competitions.
Chelsea and Manchester United have previously been linked with signing the striker.
