In a recent report, The Sun mentioned that Tottenham Hotspur are locked in a three-way battle for Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi. It has been claimed that Spurs have to compete with Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain in the race to land the French attacker next year.
Kroupi enjoyed a decent run of form at the English club in the previous campaign when he put in a run of impressive displays for them in the final third. The 20-year-old scored 13 times in 33 league matches for the Cherries last season in various competitions.
However, the French talent has been sidelined this season due to a foot injury. Still, when fit, Kroupi is among the most gifted young forwards in the Premier League. Hence, Spurs would do well to win the race for his services next year.
His current deal at the Vitality Stadium will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it difficult for Tottenham to land him on the cheap this January or next summer.

Kroupi can engineer a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has the vision to engineer some decent chances for others around him in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.
The French talent can chip in by scoring and creating his fair share of goals up top. Kroupi is primarily a centre-forward but can also fill in as an attacking midfielder or a left-sided wide player if told to do so. He is already quite familiar with the Premier League and won’t take any time to adjust to life at Tottenham.
Kroupi would improve the quality of Spurs boss Roberto De Zerbi’s frontline in the long run. He has what it takes to fight for a regular first-team spot at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
At 20, Kroupi has his best years ahead of him, which makes him a decent choice for the North London club to pursue this January or at the end of this season. He would be well worth the fight, so Tottenham should focus on going all out to land him next year.
