Inter Milan are reportedly keen on Genoa defender Koni De Winter.

The Belgian has impressed this season for Il Grifone. He has been one of the outstanding young defenders in Serie A.

And the defense is certainly one area of the pitch where Inter will want to strengthen.

The Nerazzurri are looking to revitalize their backline. They are well aware that they cannot rely on veterans like Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij forever.

Moreover, the possibility of a sale of Yann Bisseck this summer would mean even more of a need to sign a defender.

The Nerazzurri are looking to get the jump on their summer business. And signing a defender is one of the major priorities.

And reports indicate that Genoa want at least €30 million to sell De Winter.

Now, according to La Repubblica, an offer has come in for the Belgian from the Premier League.

According to the newspaper, Europa League winners Tottenham Hotspur have made a bit for De Winter. They have made an offer worth around €24 million for the former Juventus man.
