Goalkeeper Situation Continues for Spurs

One of the biggest ongoing concerns for Spurs remains the absence of Guglielmo Vicario. The goalkeeper had initially been expected to return to training weeks ago after hernia surgery during the April international break, but the recovery process has clearly proven more complicated than anticipated.

In his absence, Antonin Kinsky has steadily grown into the role. Against Aston Villa, Spurs restricted their opponents to just one shot on target, with Kinsky again showing calmness that has helped stabilise a previously uncertain defence.

Midfield Formula Giving Tottenham Control

Much of Spurs’ recent improvement has stemmed from midfield balance. De Zerbi appears to have settled on a combination that provides both physical presence and technical authority.

Further forward, Richarlison is likely to retain his place after scoring on his return to the starting lineup. Dominic Solanke, however, remains doubtful with a hamstring issue.

Defensive Stability Shapes Spurs Predicted Lineup

At the back, Tottenham finally appear to have continuity. Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie continue to offer width from full-back positions, while Kevin Danso and Micky van de Ven have developed a strong understanding centrally.
