Tottenham v Man CitySunday 1 February, 16:30 kick-offLive on Sky Sports Premier League

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was a big bogey ground for Man City, who lost their first five visits in the new North London venue, but they've won three of the last four trips now including the last two league meetings.

Spurs remain somewhat of a bogey side for Pep Guardiola though with three wins in four including a surprise win at the Etihad in August when things were going swimmingly for Thomas Frank.

Spurs' stadium is now a bogey ground for the home team, with just two wins in 11 in the league it's the main reason Frank's job is on the line - he may well have gone had Cristian Romero not got a last-minute equaliser at Burnley last wek.

Man City then are unsurprisingly 3/4 favourites despite their dodgy away form - losing at Man Utd and then shockingly at Bodo/Glimt in their last two are just part of a wider struggle on the road that's seen them drop from first to sixth for away points over the last two seasons.

Not that there'd be much confidence backing Spurs as 7/2 home underdogs. They are unbeaten in three games now but Dortmund had 10 men for over an hour and in general the club have been poor for a while, with 31 defeats in the last two seasons - only Wolves have more.

They do usually find the net at home though, failing to score just twice this season, plus nine of their last 13 league games saw both sides score and City as we know can be vulnerable on the road.

Back Semenyo to strike at 9/5

Erling Haaland is obviously the 8/11 favourite for an anytime goalscorer, with not only his form this season but his recent return at Tottenham - scoring three goals acoss his last two visits to North London.

Antoine Semenyo looks a price at 9/5 anytime scorer, as he scored against Spurs just a month ago while still at Bournemouth, and is fresh for this game having not featured in the midweek Champions League win.

Dominick Solanke has hit the net in the last two Champions League games but is still waiting for his first league goal of an injury-hit season - he's 13/5 to get it against City, while with Richarlison out central defenders Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero are the next top scorers in the Spurs squad.

Van de Ven is 10/1 and Romero 9/1 to find the net again, maybe through more set pieces, and Spurs should get opportunities as City are allowing  more shots than they ever have been under Guardiola.

A fresh and in-form Semenyo remains the pick for me though.

As for the pick of the player props for a Bet Builder, Vicario could be a busy man in the Spurs goal, and matching his four-save outing at the Etihad shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Semenyo's two shots on target against Wolves was his first City game with multiple efforts on goal, but he's had plenty this season against the lives of Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Liverpool, and even Man City themselves while he was at Bournemouth.

Joao Palhinha is just as likely to get a card as give away a foul, but it's 2+ fouls we'll back him for as he continues his recovery from injury. He gave away four against Villa recently and has eight games with multiple fouls conceded.

AGinst this City side he's a decent shout to give away a couple of fouls yet again.
