Tottenham Hotspur are working to sign Omar Marmoush and Savinho from Manchester City, according to The Athletic.
Spurs are said to be advancing in talks with City over a deal for the pair, as the north London side look to strengthen their attack.
Marmoush featured as a substitute, while Savinho was not named in the matchday squad for Sunday’s Community Shield defeat to Arsenal, suggesting neither player is part of Enzo Maresca’s plans.
Tottenham pursued a deal for Savinho last summer, but City were reluctant to sell the Brazilian, who eventually signed a contract extension.
After featuring regularly for the Cityzens during his debut season, Savinho started just 12 games across all competitions last term.
The Brazil international has made 84 appearances across all competitions, chipping in with 23 goal involvements since joining City from Troyes in 2024.
Like Savinho, Marmoush also struggled for regular game time last season. He started just eight times in the Premier League, with Erling Haaland being the first-choice striker.
The 27-year-old joined City after an impressive season at Eintracht Frankfurt but has been unable to replicate the same form since moving to the club.
Marmoush and Savinho could inject more pace, dynamism, verticality and decisiveness into Tottenham if Roberto de Zerbi can get the best out of them.
Spurs are understood to be aiming to sign three attackers before the end of the transfer window.
Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo and Chelsea’s Pedro Neto are also on the radar of the north London side.
Tottenham are unlikely to field any new attacker when they begin their Premier League campaign campaign at Brentford on Saturday evening.
