It was confirmed this week that Vicario will undergo a hernia operation next week but he is fit to face Forest, in a major boost for Spurs.

Dominic Solanke starts in attack alongside Richarlison and Mathys Tel, in what looks like a 3-4-3.

Xavi Simons is on the bench after two goals and a brilliant display in Wednesday’s 3-2 Champions League win against Atletico Madrid.

Kevin Danso comes in for Radu Dragusin to start in defence alongside Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero.

Destiny Udogie is only on the bench after making his comeback from injury off the bench in midweek.

Joao Palhinha, Conor Gallagher and Lucas Bergvall are available on the bench.

Despite the trio being back, Archie Gray keeps his place after another superb display against Atletico.

Spurs and Forest are separated by just a point in the relegation battle and, with Spurs having three weeks between this fixture and their next match away at Sunderland, it is crucial they produce a positive result to keep the recent upturn in form going.
