Spurs have suffered a big injury blow heading into matchday six of this season’s league phase
Thomas Frank is likely to make changes again for Tottenham's match at home to Slavia Prague in the Champions League.
The Spurs boss has tweaked his starting lineup from match to match all season and a repeat of that is expected on Tuesday night in a game his side will hope to win in comfortable fashion.
Frank will be without Destiny Udogie, who has been ruled out with a hamstring injury, while Brennan Johnson is "touch and go" for being involved.
Xavi Simons scored and assisted in the win over Brentford on Saturday and will hope to start again to try and build on that momentum.
Wilson Odobert could come into the side to freshen up the attack, with Richarlison potentially the one to miss out.
Rotation in midfield is likely, with Lucas Bergvall, Pape Matar Sarr and Joao Palhinha all pushing to come into the side.
Spurs are firm favourites against Slavia Prague, who are yet to win in the Champions League this season, and Frank could use it as an opportunity to rest one of Cristian Romero or Micky van de Ven heading into the festive period.
Dominic Solanke and Dejan Kulusevski remain out, and Mathys Tel is unavailable after being excluded from Spurs' squad for the league phase of the competition.
The same goes for Radu Dragusin and Kota Takai, who have returned to training and featured in behind-closed-doors friendlies at the training ground.
Predicted Tottenham XI: Vicario; Porro, Romero, Danso, Spence; Palhinha, Bergvall; Kudus, Simons, Odobert; Kolo Muani
Doubts: Johnson
Injured: Udogie, Bissouma, Kulusevski, Maddison, Solanke
Ineligible: Tel
Time and date: 8pm GMT on Tuesday December 9, 2025
