Suffering with an ankle injury, centre-back Rasmus Nicolaisen is the major absentee for Toulouse FC as they travel to the Parc des Princes to take on Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint-Germain.

The defender’s period of absence from the set-up has been extended with a return for Nicolaisen expected around Christmas. Featuring again in 2024 therefore looks unlikely. It means that Charlie Cresswell is expected to start centrally with World Cup-winner Djibril Sidibé on the right of the three-man defence.

Up front, Joshua King is expected to lead the line. He will be flanked by the in-form Zakaria Aboukhlal, who has three goals and two assists in his last three games for Toulouse. Yann Gboho is expected to start on the left-hand side against PSG.
