Toulouse set €30m price tag for Sunderland target Dayann Methalie | OneFootball

Toulouse FC are reportedly demanding a fixed fee of €30m from any club wishing to sign Dayann Methalie (20), according to information from Foot Mercato.

Although reported to be on Sunderland AFC’s radar – a club he is keen to join – the young left-back has not yet received any offers deemed satisfactory enough by his club’s management, who are facing clubs unwilling to exceed the €25m mark. However, this situation has not prevented discussions from continuing between the various parties.

One of the standout revelations of the 2025-26 season, Methalie – who is under contract with Téfécé until 2030 – has made quite a name for himself during his debut season in the top flight.

Having made 30 appearances (24 as a starter) for Les Violets, the club where he came through the ranks, across all competitions, the French Under-21 international notably seized the opportunity to score his first two goals and provide his first two assists for the first team.
