Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan ‘referred’ to PFDK after 4-0 Galatasaray rout | OneFootball

Trabzonspor’s 4-0 demolition of Galatasaray at Papara Park was swiftly followed by a wave of disciplinary referrals involving club officials, staff and players.

According to 61 Saat, the Turkish Football Federation’s legal adviser has sent multiple cases to the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee, PFDK, after the derby.

Top of the list is Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan, referred under Article 38 without any precautionary measure, over post-match comments judged harmful to football’s reputation.

Galatasaray and three members were also cited, alongside the club as an institution, under Article 53 in relation to abusive and obscene chanting by their fans during the match.

Manager Okan Buruk faces the committee as a precautionary measure from 20 September 2026 for unsporting conduct. Player Lesley Chimwania Ugurcan is likewise listed from that date for unlawful conduct.

A night of celebration in Trabzon has become a disciplinary case, with sanctions now dependent on the PFDK’s decisions.
