Fresh from securing a place in the FA Cup semi-finals against Southampton last weekend, the focus for Pep Guardiola’s side is now trained on what is turning into a compelling league title race.

With leaders Arsenal having lost to Bournemouth in Saturday’s early kick-off, victory at Stamford Bridge would see City reduce the gap at the top to six points with the Blues still having a game in hand and playing at home to the Gunners next weekend.

So there was no let up in focus or intensity as the players went about their work before then heading off to London ahead of tomorrow’s clash.
